Plans in for Bold Street development
A vacant site on Bold Street could soon be transformed into a mixed-use development under new plans.Derwent Lodge Estates is behind the application, which concerns a four-storey building.Previously leased by Halifax, it has been empty “for some time”.Proposed is transforming the building to provide a commercial unit on the ground floor and 12 apartments on upper storeys.The application is now with Liverpool City Council.
