Green light for huge Ellesmere Port scheme
The latest phase of a huge housing scheme in Ellesmere Port being brought forward by Redrow Homes has been backed.Phases one and two comprise 170 and 272 homes respectively.The latest part of the masterplan will include 256 properties, taking the total up to 698.A school is included in the phase three plans but has not been brought forward as part of the reserved matters application.Approval has now been granted.
