Tile distributor agrees deal for Nimbus Park unit
A tile and mosaic distributor has agreed a deal on a unit at Nimbus Park in Doncaster.Verona Group, which is headquartered in Leeds, has taken a lease on a 106,000 sq ft unit, which will become the the company’s primary distribution location.Nimbus Park, developed by Sladen Estates, comprises a pair of industrial buildings with a unit of 164,366 sq ft remaining and available for immediate occupation.The joint agents for the scheme were Commercial Property Partners and Moriarty and Co for the landlord. Central Retail acted for the tenant.
