West Berkshire Council wants to operate a Day Services Framework to improve the quality and diversity of provision and develop a sustainable market place from which to commission individual service placements. Organisations which can demonstrate commitment to ongoing service improvement along with well developed products will become key partners in supporting Service Users to remain active and independent, living within their own homes and communities for as long as possible.
