Plans revealed to regenerate Nottingham commercial site
Plans to build 49 new homes on a brownfield site in the Nottinghamshire suburb of Basford have been revealed.H&H Developments wants to kickstart the scheme on land to the south of Nottingham Road. It would include 15 one-bed flats, 27 two-bed apartments, 6 three-bed houses and 1 four-bed house.The site is currently used for commercial purposes and consists of two main buildings and a number of temporary structures.The scheme is being designed by Jackson Design Associates.
