United Kingdom-Northampton: Medical software package – Framework Lead
The current contract for Medical software package – Framework Lead is projected to end on 02-NOV-21 and may be available for retender. Public Health Enhanced Services – NHS Health Checks Software/IT Solution.
Cambridgeshire County Council (CCC) is currently commissioning services from a wide range of providers. Efficient processes for implementing services, collecting service data, auditing and activity information are essential to demonstrate that services are effective, efficient and achieving quality standards. In addition any process should ensure that all personally identified data is managed with strict adherence to national and any other information governance standards.
Increasingly IT solutions are being developed and used by a range of services in different settings. There is evidence that this provides more robust and timely data and improves service outcomes.
Consequently CCC is seeking to procure an IT solution to support operational processes and monitoring of performance of Public Health contracts with GP Practices, Pharmacies and other community based services
The aim is to establish a robust IT solution to the NHS Health Check programme that meets this detailed specification and has the capacity to be expanded during the life of the contact to incorporate additional modules/services which may include but are not limited to:
– Smoking Cessation Services,
– Contraception services – Long Acting Reversible Contraception (LARC),
– Alcohol detoxification services.
