Placefirst to submit Bolton plans
Placefirst is set to submit a planning application to build 130 homes in Bolton town centre as part of the Croal Valley intervention area.The £25m proposal is a residential-led, mixed-use scheme designed by award winning international architecture and design practice Levitt Bernstein.Manchester-based Maddox Planning is acting as planning consultant on the project, which would also comprise a range of ground floor commercial units.In partnership with the council, Placefirst is also planning for the enhancement of the River Croal embankment.A planning application is expected to be submitted at the beginning of December.# COVID-19
