Go-ahead for homes tipped for former pub site
The site of a now-demolished Nottingham pub is to be transformed into a new housing development after the plans were approved.Swish Architecture, on behalf of Swan Homes, has secured the go-ahead for the scheme on the old site of the Middletons pub in Trowell Road.After the green light wasgiven by Nottingham City Council’s planning committee at a virtual meeting on Wednesday 18 November, a total of 16 homes are not set to be constructed.
