Work to start on 120-home development north of Dundee
Avant Homes has completed the purchase of land at Baldragon Farm, north of Dundee, which will be the site for 120 new homes.Planning consent for the development was granted by Dundee City Council in August. Build preparation works will start later this year.Located four miles from Dundee city centre, Avant said the site fulfils the council’s local development plan aspirations to deliver quality housing across several Dundee suburbs by 2029.The development will take around five years to complete and will include a mix of three and four-bedroom homes. The first homes are expected to be ready for occupation in summer 2021.
