£20m Hebburn scheme moves forward
The final phase of a scheme that will provide new homes in South Tyneside has been granted planning consent.Energy giant ENGIE secured permission for the site on Hebburn’s Victoria Road West on behalf of Persona Homes.It will provide 139 two, three, four and five-bed dwellings, as well as 18 apartments. Work will be phased, with completion scheduled for 2023.The £20m project started in October 2019, when initial permission was granted.
