Springfield given green light for new homes for Cunninghame in Heathhall
Springfield Properties has been granted planning consent for 64 new homes in Heathhall, Dumfries. The development will transform a vacant brownfield site with a range of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom affordable homes with open green space and access to existing walking and cycle routes. Delivered in partnership with Cunninghame Housing Association, the homes will be energy efficient to keep running costs low for the residents. Work to build the new homes is expected to start next year.
