Housebuilders new development backed by One Stop Business Finance
Hull-based Hammond Homes has begun work on a new housing development after securing £750,000 from SME funding specialist One Stop Business Finance.The King’s Park development is the housebuilder’s fourth scheme by Hammond Homes and will comprise nine detached and semi-detached three-bedroomed bungalows within a gated cul-de-sac on Windsor Way in the village of Barnetby le Wold.The first homes are due for completion by next June, with the development set to be fully finished by December 2021.East Yorkshire-based One Stop Business Finance has supported Hammond Homes on all four of its projects since the company was established in 2017.
