Flats eamarked for landmark site
The car park of a prominent former office building, which itself is set for transformation, has been earmarked for a new residential development.Plans have been drawn up for the Equipoint site in Coventry Road, South Yardley, which would see two buildings, ranging from three to nine storeys, constructed and featuring a total of 105 apartments.The scheme would also include ground floor commercial floor space.Equipoint Property Ltd is behind the proposals which have been designed by Corstorphine + Wright.The new plans come after permission was granted in 2018 to transform the current building into more than 200 apartments.
