City centre flats given green light

A proposal to create 45 new apartments in Birmingham city centre has been approved.Radio House in Sutton Street is to be knocked down and replaced by a six-storey building after the green light was given by Birmingham City Council’s planning committee at a virtual meeting on Thursday 3 December.The scheme will also feature commercial floorspace.The applicant is Liv Projekt.
