Health clinic earmarked for new flats
Proposals to transform a former health clinic in Stoke-on-Trent into new apartments have been submitted.The vacant Abbey Hulton Clinic in Leek Road has been earmarked for the proposed scheme by applicant Rowlands Investments.If approved by Stoke-on-Trent City Council, a total of 17 flats would be created.The building dates from the 1960s.A final decision is set to be made in the coming months.
