East Midlands Strategic Commercial Unit (EMSCU) wishes to undertake a compliant EU tender exercise under the Open Procedure of the Public Contract Regulations (2015) to establish a national framework agreement for the provision of Information Solution services (Financial and Personal Data Services) for a period of 4 years from 1.11.2017.
This Framework agreement shall be made available to other police authorities established under section 3 of the Police Act 1996 In addition, a police Participant established under section 2 of the Police (Scotland) Act 1967; the Northern Ireland Policing Board; the National Policing Improvement Agency; and all non-geographic police forces and law enforcement agencies shown at It will also be available for use by UK Emergency Services including UK Ambulance Trusts and UK Fire and Rescue Services (referred to as OCBs).
