Former college site tipped for new homes sold
An eight-acre site former college site in Leicestershire with online permission for 70 new homes has been sold.The Spinney Campus has been snapped up by Bloor Homes from SMB Group.The land was previously part of Brooksby Melton College’s further educational site at Brooksby.It was placed on the market in April.
