Capital&Centric appointed to Farnworth project
A deal has been agreed for Capital&Centric to redevelop the former market precinct in Farnworth town centre.Bolton Council has appointed the company to the project, which will see the site transformed into a mixed-use community based on the developer’s neighbourhood housing concept.It will include more than 200 homes centred around a public square for artisan markets, live events and more.
