North Yorkshire industrial development approved
A new development of industrial and distribution units in North Yorkshire has been given the go-ahead.Commercial property developer Priority Space, in a joint venture with HP Construction, is behind the £6.5m development in Selby.A total of 66,000 sq ft of workspace is set to be developed in 30 units ranging in size from 1,000 to 5,000 sq ft.The speculative build is on the last remaining piece of undeveloped land on Selby’s ‘Access 63’ industrial estate. Construction is due to commence in March 2021 and complete in October.Enquiries for the new units are being handled by Gent Visick and Rhodes CRE.
