II.1.4) Short Description: Hampshire County Council invites applications from suitably experienced organisation who wish to tender for the supply of heating oils, motor fuels and biofuels framework. The supplier may be required to arrange the supply, installation, operation, and maintenance of a suitable remote oil tank fuel monitoring telemetry system for framework users.
The framework will commence on 1 April 2021 and will be for a period of 2 years with the options to extend for a further 2 years.

This lot is for the supply of heating oils and motor fuels, to include gas oil (e.g. Red Diesel, Ultra Low Sulphur Gas Oil), Kerosene BS 2869 Class C2 (or equivalent), Ultra Low Sulphur Diesel BS EN 590 (or equivalent), and Ultra Low Sulphur Petrol BS EN 228 (or equivalent).

II.2.14) Additional information: Biodiesel and Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO) is a new addition to the list of fuel requirement. Therefore there is no historic fuel quantity information and the demand is speculative at present. The supplier is to proactively promote the availability of Biofuels/HVO to enable framework users of Lot 1, to consider their transition and adoption.

Organisations are advised it is a condition of this framework agreement that all managers and operatives (including subcontractors) are suitably competent to execute all the requirements and operations encompassed by the framework agreement in full compliance with UK legislation.
