Go-ahead secured for new affordable homes
Plans to build 33 affordable homes on the site of a Ministry of Defence storage facility in Worcestershire have been backed.The QinetiQ site in St Andrews Road, Malvern, has been set aside for the scheme by Piper Group and Square Bay.The facility has been vacant for a number of years and was used by the MoD before being transferred to QinetiQ’s ownership.Malvern District Council’s planning committee met virtually on Wednesday 23 December to vote on the application.
