The Wales Higher Education Libraries Forum (WHELF) is a grouping of Chief Librarians and Directors of Information Services drawn from all the higher education institutions in Wales along with the National Library of Wales, Amgueddfa Cymru-National Museum Wales, Natural Resources Wales and the Open University in Wales.
This tender is being conducted by Swansea University, working in collaboration with Cardiff University to award 4-year framework agreement (on the basis of an initial agreement period of 3 years, with the option to extend for a further 12 months) for a sole provider of a Library Reading Lists System. This agreement will be open to all members of WHELF to call off their own contracts within the framework duration, in order to implement their own Library Reading Lists system.
