Approval for Lancaster residential scheme
A residential scheme lined up for a site in Lancaster has moved ahead.Southworth Construction is behind the application, which secured approval on 9 November 2020.However, on the back of a material change in circumstances, the approved conditions were no longer capable of being addressed in line with Lancaster City Council’s planning committee’s resolution.As such, it was referred back further consideration with 30 per cent of affordable housing having been introduced for the 36-strong scheme.Approval was recommended and has now been granted.
