Bellway strikes deal for housing site
Newcastle-headquartered Bellway has acquired land on Lostock Lane in Bolton with planning consent for a 214-home scheme.The 14-acre site, which was previously Hercules Business Park, will be transformed into a development known as Hazel Fold.Infrastructure has already started, with building of homes due to commence imminently.Bellway has also made financial contributions to the locality, including £200,000 towards education and £60,000 towards off-site POS.
