New commercial and industrial buildings tipped for go-ahead
Proposals to construct ten commercial and industrial buildings at a Leicestershire site have been recommended for approval.Clowes Developments is behind the plans tipped for land to the south and west of Priory Business Park in Wistow Road, Kibworth Harcourt.Harborough Council’s planning committee is expected to make a final decision at a virtual meeting on Tuesday 26 January.If backed, a total of 95,688 sq ft of employment space would be created.
