Former NHS site tipped for new homes
Up to 30 homes could be constructed on a former NHS site in Birmingham.Ross House and the former Sheldon Unit in Sheldon Drive have been set aside for the scheme by Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust, Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and Seven Capital.The proposals would see the buildings knocked down if the go-ahead is granted by Birmingham City Council.
