Work starts on £14m town centre flats project
Work is underway on a £14m town centre development that will create 89 new homes for over-55s in Staffordshire.Aspire Housing’s Holborn Place scheme will feature 75 one-bed and 14 two-bed apartments on the site of the former Ashfields Grange and Hall Street flats, in Newcastle-under-Lyme.Holborn Place is expected to be completed and ready for residents to move in by the autumn of 2022.
