Countryside and Peel L&P secure backing for latest ventures
Countryside and Peel L&P have secured planning approval for two major schemes in Partington.Permission was granted for a total of 449 homes, a canalside foot and cycle path and open space across the pair.The two mixed-tenure projects are being brought forward in partnership with Sigma Capital and Great Places Housing Group, with the first comprising 151 homes on land off Hall Lane.The second was a reserved matters application for 298 properties alongside the Manchester Ship Canal.Lichfields provided planning consultancy on both applications, while E3P advised on noise, ecology and land contamination. Eddisons was on highways matters.
