Land promotion deal secured
A company has secured an agreement to promote a 38-acre site for residential development in a south Derbyshire town.The site is located in Upper Midway, 1.5 miles from Swadlincote town centre and could accommodate residential development, associated infrastructure and community facilities.Terra Strategic will work with South Derbyshire District Council to explore the provision of new housing and facilities.The site, which is currently designated for grazing, will then be promoted through the Local Plan process.The development opportunity was introduced to Terra by the Loughborough office of Agents Mather Jamie.
