Contractor appointed for Melton West infrastructure works
A contractor has been appointed to undertake infrastructure works at Melton West business park.Following its appointment by Wykeland Group, Hessle-based civil engineering and construction company CR Reynolds has begun work on a new roundabout on Brickyard Lane in a £1.1m project which is set to support continuing investment and job creation at the East Yorkshire business park.The roundabout, which received planning permission in October 2020, will open up Plots D and E at Melton West for development, and facilitate access to the existing infrastructure.The works are expected to be completed by mid-June and are linked to the development of a new 123,000 sq ft warehouse and distribution centre on Plot D at the business park. Construction of this facility has also begun.
