Green Light Set for Almost 40 New Homes
The green light has been recommended for the construction of almost 40 new homes in Market Harborough.Harborough District Council is seeking full planning approval to build 38 homes following the demolition of 16 bungalows within the Naseby Square complex, including the associated office, residents’ lounge and community hall.The proposal also includes the conversion of number 21 Naseby Square into a new residents’ lounge.All dwellings are proposed as either single or two-storey and will consist of one, two and three-bedroom accommodation, with all of the properties being allocated as affordable housing.
