The Authority is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement for the leasing of an unlimited range of cars and for associated services including servicing, maintenance, roadside support and repair of the vehicles during the term of each lease. The Framework Agreement may be used by all mainland and island NHS Scotland Health Boards and Special Boards (including the Common Services Agency) and by all entities constituted pursuant to the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978, (i.e. NHS Scotland Health Boards and Special Health Boards, plus the Authority and other NHS organisations) and all joint integration boards established under the Public Bodies (joint Working) (Scotland) Act 2014.
