Green Light Tipped for Former Council Depot Housing Scheme
The green light has been tipped for a proposed housing scheme on the site of a former council depot in Littlethorpe.EMH Housing & Regeneration is seeking the go-ahead from Blaby District Council to construct 32 affordable homes at the depot site on Warwick Road.The scheme comprises four, two-bed bungalows, 15, two-bed semi-detached houses and 13, three-bed semi-detached houses.Off-street car parking is also proposed to serve each dwelling.The two-acre application site is vacant, with all of the buildings having been demolished.
