Green light for 330 Marham Park homes
Plans have been approved for the construction of 330 new homes in Bury St Edmunds, on two parcels of land spanning 22.9 acres.The project at Marham Park is led by Bellway and was given the green light by West Suffolk Council.Bellway’s Eastern Counties and Essex divisions will build the one, two, three and four-bedroom homes, comprising 251 private and 79 affordable dwellings.Marham Park is a new village-style development which will bring more than 1,000 homes to the area, along with 65 acres of parkland, sports pitches, allotments and play areas.
