Green light tipped for new homes and country park
The green light has been tipped for a new housing development along with the formation of a country park on the site of a former spoil heap in a Nottinghamshire village.Bildurn is seeking outline approval from Broxtowe Borough Council to build 64 properties and form a new country park on an approximately 25.6-acre site on Soloman Road in Cossall.The site forms part of the operational area of the former Cossall Colliery which closed in 1966. Most of the land is covered by the former spoil tipping activity.
