Approval for outline Warrington plans
Outline plans to build an eight-storey apartment scheme in Warrington have been approved.The scheme represents the first residential-led project to come forward as part of the Bank Quay Gateway regeneration area.Developer Chesro, represented by County Planning, submitted proposals for the mixed-use development in October 2020.DOVE Architecture & Interior Design worked on the application, whichcomprises 39 apartments and ground floor commercial space.”It also shows investor confidence in the town and its draw for businesses and families alike.”
