A former Bradford mill could be redeveloped to create new apartments if newly submitted plans get the go-ahead.A full-planning application has been submitted to Bradford Metropolitan District Council for the conversion of St Andrews Mill on Legrams Lane. The mill is currently in office and commercial use, but the upper floors have been vacant for several months.Planning permission is sought to convert the building to create 58 apartments, with a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments.A total of 26 parking spaces would be provided, as well as 58 secure cycle parking spaces.A single-storey structure fronting Legrams Lane would be demolished to create a new open communal garden.
