Go-ahead tipped for up to 600 homes
The go-ahead has been tipped for the proposed construction of up to 600 homes within a Derbyshire village.Miller Homes and Redrow Homes are seeking outline approval from Amber Valley Borough Council to develop an approximately 91.2-acre site comprised of a number of fields on land boarded by Ashbourne Road and Radbourne Lane in Mackworth.The scheme consists of a mix of housing with a provision of up to 30 per cent affordable properties, two vehicular access points along Radbourne Lane and a new school site to the west of the development.The scheme has been recommended for approval, subject to conditions.
