Taylor Wimpey starts work on Wakefield development
Taylor Wimpey Yorkshire has begun construction on a new housing development in Wakefield.The development, named Newton Grange, is situated a mile and half north of Wakefield City Centre, just south of Outwood.It will comprise 89 two to four-bedroom properties, including eight affordable homes and a wheelchair accessible bungalow.In December 2020, Wakefield Council’s planning and highways committee approved the proposals from Taylor Wimpey.
