Countryside and Persimmon secure Maghull backing
Countryside and Persimmon Homes have secured permission to build almost 850 properties in Maghull.The former will work on 408 dwellings, with the latter set to bring forward a further 433.Located east of Poverty Lane, the development will also include public open space at Whinney Brook.As part of the joint application, Countryside and Persimmon Homes have pledged to collectively contribute £1.8m to expand Summerhill Primary School, invest £495,000 into a healthcare facility and put £432,000 into highway improvements.
