Plans approved for major Belfast gateway scheme
Proposals for a ‘gateway’ office scheme in Belfast, which would provide accommodation for more than 2,500 workers, have been granted planning approval.One Grosvenor Gate will span 226,800 sq ft once complete, rising to 14 floors adjacent to the city’s new Transport Hub.The project, developers Ossian Holdings, is expected to create 100 jobs during construction. Lambert Smith Hampton has been appointed as the leasing agent to One Grosvenor Gate.
