Contractor appointed to new industrial development
Work has started on a new industrial development in West Yorkshire following the appointment of a contractor.Leeds-based commercial developer Eshton was granted planning permission for two units spanning more than 10,000 sq ft at Castleford in September 2020, having purchased the site in 2019 for an undisclosed sum.Contractor C & AJ Marshall Builders, based at Foxhill Court in Weetwood, has now begun work on site and expects to complete on the units in August.Eshton previously announced that fast-fit vehicle repair and service provider Formula One Auto Centres will occupy the smaller building. The developer will retain the second 6,000 sq ft unit to let.
