United Kingdom-Southampton: Guidance and counselling services – Framework Lead
The current contract for Guidance and counselling services – Framework Lead is projected to end on 20-MAR-22 and may be available for retender. Mediation and Assessment Service.
The provision of a Mediation and Assessment Service to resolve issues between council tenants and leaseholders. Linking closely with our Local Housing Offices. It aims to provide a high-quality, easy to use conflict management service, available through a referrals procedure to Southampton City Council tenants or other eligible residents.
It is anticipated that the contract will commence on 1.6.2016 and will be for an initial period of five years with an option to extend by up to a further year at the entire discretion of the council and subject to satisfactory performance by the provider.
