You must be able to supply speed guns that:
have a day and night vision capacity
have a minimum 16 GB internal data storage
is expendable up to and with security digital (SD) card and or micro SD
has a minimum 200 metres sensing range
can operate in rain, fog and low visibility
must have still photo and video capture facility
have a maximum range of up to 2,000 metres when target’s speed is up to 200 km/hour
have a minimum range speed mode of 3 meters at 15 km/hour, weather mode of 15 km/hour
have a continuous 15 km/hour at a range 3 meters
with a speed accuracy of plus minus 1 km/hour
with range accuracy of plus minus 15 cm
have an image capture range: up to 2000 metres
have a night time flash, file transfer in USB, wi-fi and Bluetooth
have an infrared (IR) emitter for night operating
have amaximum 0.5 second measurement time
support windows PC, Android system and supported handheld gadgets
should have the facility to preserve picture and video
