Step forward for Burnley apartment scheme
The transformation of a former care home in Burnley into a 50-strong apartment complex could soon take a step forward.The Belvedere Road property is currently vacant and comprises 35 rooms.Proposed is making a host of internal changes to breathe into the venue.If backed, it would operate as a supported living facility.It would also include training, breakout and meeting rooms.The application is going before Burnley Council’s development committee on 25 March, with a recommendation for approval.
