A 5 year Framework is being developed for Independent Day Services in Cumbria. This will utilise an ‘Any Qualified Provider’ model and will offer our service users with a catalogue of Day Services in which they can attend.
The Framework will be procured via the Light Touch Regime (LTR) from Public Contracts Regs 2015. This will allow us to open the Framework every 3 months to allow new services or new entrants into the market to join.
