Plans in for over 700 homes near Birmingham HS2 station
Homes England has submitted plans to build 762 apartments on land around the proposed High Speed 2 station in Birmingham.The agency wants to develop five buildings of up to 15 storeys each on New Bond Street in the Bordesley area of the city.The scheme includes more than 20,000 sq ft of commercial space fronting Grand Union Canal and will be marketed by agent Avison Young.The existing 2 ha Site currently comprises offices and a self-storage facility. Consultant Hydrock have been involved in bringing forward the plans.
