Work starts on key milestone of Mulgrove Farm Village project
Work has started on a key milestone in the provision of 327 homes at Mulgrove Farm Village at Harry Stoke, South Gloucestershire.The £2.7m infrastructure programme to create a new access road, new sewers and site entrance is a joint venture between Wainhomes and South Gloucestershire Council.The new road will link from Old Gloucester Road to Great Stoke Way, unlocking two areas within the larger site and allow Wainhomes to commence construction of the first of 150 new homes, which includes 25 for shared ownership and nine for affordable rent.SGC has outline permission for 177 homes on the neighbouring site.Construction is now underway and due to complete in summer 2021.
