Contractor appointed on new Hilti Manchester headquarters

Manchester Contractor, CubicWorks, has been appointed by Hilti as main contractor on the fit-out of its new 42,000 sq ft UK HQ offices at No.1 Circle Square in Manchester.Construction and software specialist Hilti is relocating its Manchester base from 1 Trafford Wharf in Trafford Park into the second, third and fourth floors of the 235,000 sq ft No.1 Circle Square, which is the first commercial building delivered by Bruntwood SciTech and Vita Group at the Oxford Road development in Manchester’s Innovation District.CBRE was appointed by Hilti back in 2017 to deliver a full suite of relocation services and is providing turn key project services including project and cost management, engineering services, sustainability and principal designer consultancy services, while working with architect and interior design partner, tp bennett.CubicWorks has now commenced work on the offices which will feature spacious open areas, to encourage communication and facilitate more flexible, collaborative and modern working for Hilti’s team.
