Plans approved for 1,100 homes
Proposals to build 1,100 homes in Telford to create a new neighbourhood have been given the go-ahead.Miller Homes has secured the planning approval to build 1,100 two, three and four-bedroom homes on land just off Castle Farm Way. This includes including 220 affordable homes, as well as a show home and sales centre set to open in early 2022.Further development on the site includes plans to fund the creation of a retirement village, a community building for local sports teams, a new primary school and play facilities including a skate park.The upcoming development is set to create more 100 jobs for local tradespeople.
